Former V103 morning sidekick Elle Duncan was arrested over the weekend after a Hawks playoff game for DUI. Anyone who lives in Atlanta knows the city has one of the strictest drink and drive policies in the nation and what’s even more embarrassing is “I am greatly embarrassed for my actions early Sunday morning. I have been reminded — in a very difficult way – that any amount of alcohol can impair us. I take full responsibility for my actions.
