Judge Removed from Case
Fulton County Chief Superior Court Judge Ural Glanville has been removed from the case following a request from the defense attorneys of Young Thug and Imani Kendrick. The request stemmed from an ex-parte meeting between Judge Glanville, prosecutors, and state witnesses, which occurred without the defense being present.
Ruling on Judge’s Removal
Judge Rachel Krauss ruled that although Judge Glanville could continue presiding fairly over the case, he should be removed to preserve public confidence in the judicial system.
