Festival Sound: How dBTechnologies Elevates Welcome To My Garden 2025 (Photos)

The Welcome To My Garden Festival has quickly become a must-attend event on Germany’s electronic music scene, attracting thousands of attendees each year with its blend of music, style, and community.

For its 2025 edition, the festival relied on dBTechnologies to provide crystal-clear sound across its stages, ensuring that every beat hit hard and every note resonated perfectly with the crowd.

The festival’s Main Stage, the focal point of the event, featured 16 VIO 1610 line array loudspeakers, ensuring even coverage and powerful sound that reached every corner of the space.

To handle deep bass, 10 S218 subwoofers were placed strategically in front of the stage. For those close to the stage, 4 VIO L208 units acted as nearfills, giving them an unparalleled audio experience.

The high-end VIO speakers not only delivered precision in high frequencies but also delivered punchy, controlled low-end performance — essential for the pulsating energy of the festival.

DJ monitoring was also top-tier, with 2 VIO W15T monitors paired with S118R subwoofers to give artists the clarity, dynamic response, and directness they need. The main stage’s sound setup was designed to impress both the crowd and the performers, ensuring an unforgettable auditory experience.

Meanwhile, the Hidden Forest Stage, set in a natural woodland area, offered a unique, immersive sound experience. The stage was equipped with 16 L208 speakers as the main line array and 8 S218 subwoofers in end-fire mode, creating a seamless soundscape that blended perfectly with the festival’s natural surroundings. Additionally, 2 X310 speakers were flown on a truss as delay lines to guarantee consistent sound coverage across the entire area.

For DJ monitoring here, the setup mirrored that of the main stage, with 2 VIO W15T monitors and S118R subs ensuring artists could perform with precision even in the high-energy, bass-heavy sets that went into the night.

The technical setup, led by DLS-Showtechnik under Dominik Senz’s guidance, was a key element in making the festival an immersive experience. As Senz explains, “The systems from dBTechnologies are powerful, precise, and flexible enough to meet the demands of both large and smaller stages. We’ve relied on the VIO series since 2019, and it continues to impress with its sound quality and reliability, even in demanding festival conditions.”

Thanks to the expertise of the team and the versatility of dBTechnologies equipment, the Welcome To My Garden Festival 2025 offered festival-goers a seamless, dynamic sound experience, where the music and nature melded to create a truly exceptional event.
