Alice Cooper has been inducted into the 2025 Radio Hall of Fame, solidifying his legacy as one of the most influential figures in radio. Known for his shock-rock persona and groundbreaking contributions to music, Cooper’s two-decade-long radio career is being recognized with this prestigious honor.
His nationally syndicated shows, Nights with Alice Cooper and Alice’s Attic with Alice Cooper, have connected with audiences worldwide, making him a beloved voice on the airwaves.
Cooper shared his excitement, expressing his deep appreciation for radio. “Hearing my songs across stations around the world never gets old,” he said. “Hosting Nights With Alice Cooper and, more recently, Alice’s Attic, has deepened my love of radio, playing records, telling stories, and connecting with listeners everywhere.”
He also took a moment to thank key figures who helped bring his shows to life. “I want to first thank Andy Denemark from United Stations, who believed in Nights with Alice Cooper and made it happen,” Cooper continued.
“And a special thanks to Eric Faison and his team at Superadio, who helped us re-launch the show as Alice’s Attic and have done an incredible job growing the show.”
This honor comes after Cooper’s first induction into the Rock & Roll Hall of Fame in 2011. Known for revolutionizing rock with his theatrical performances, Alice Cooper helped shape the sounds of glam, metal, and punk.
His passion for storytelling and music discovery translated perfectly into radio, where Alice’s Attic offers a daily five-hour mix of classic rock hits, deep cuts, and behind-the-scenes stories. The show has garnered a loyal following in the U.S., Canada, the U.K., and Australia.
The 2025 Radio Hall of Fame Induction Ceremony took place on October 30 at the Swissôtel in Chicago. It also celebrated the accomplishments of ten other notable broadcasters, including Tom ‘Mojo’ Carballo of Mojo in the Morning, Colin Cowherd of Fox Sports Radio, Bob Lacey & Sheri Lynch of The Bob & Sheri Show, DeDe McGuire of DeDe in the Morning, Martha Quinn of The Martha Quinn Show, Scott Simon of NPR’s Weekend Edition, and Shelley ‘The Playboy’ Stewart. Industry executives Mike McVay and Julie Talbott were also honored.
