Paul Marshall Named Morning Host on 98 Rock Sacramento

Audacy welcomes Paul Marshall as morning drive host of 98 Rock (KRXQ-FM) in Sacramento. “The Paul Marshall Show” will air on weekdays from 6:00 a.m. to 10:00 a.m. PT beginning June 24.

Paul Marshall

“We are excited to welcome Paul Marshall back to 98 Rock,” said Stacey Kauffman, Regional Vice President, Audacy Sacramento.

“His deep connection to the Sacramento community and his previous success at our station will make him a welcomed addition to our weekday lineup. We look forward to seeing the energy and enthusiasm he will bring to our listeners once again.”

“I am humbled by the opportunity to rejoin 98 Rock,” said Marshall. “Huge thanks to the Audacy brain trust that deemed me the guy for the gig, namely Jeff Sottolano, Dave Richards, Vince Richards and Stacey Kauffman. I look forward to working alongside a great group led by Aaron Roberts. I’m stoked to get back to Sac!”

This marks Marshall’s second stint at 98 Rock. He previously served as Music Director and afternoon drive host from 2001 to 2004. Other career on-air stops include then-107.3 WAAF and WBCN-FM in Boston, KQRC-FM in Kansas City, and KDKB-FM and KSLX-FM in Phoenix.

Marshall has also served as Monday Night Football postgame analyst for KXTV in Sacramento. He has been named Music Director of the Year by R&R Communications, FMQB and Album Network.

Listeners can tune in to 98 Rock (KRXQ-FM) in Sacramento on-air and nationwide on the Audacy app and website. Fans can also connect with the station via XFacebook and Instagram.
