Kanye is Caught in the Middle of Kim Kardashian and Rhymefest’s Feud

While Kim Kardashian is making moves to be more politically involved in unexpected areas like prison reform (let’s see what happens before we judge or keep laughing for days on end. At LEAST got a meeting).While many have criticized her for her recent visit with the President it’s on the heels of Kanye’s most recent, highly scrutinized public events that pretty much had the attention of the entire media industry. Perhaps, Kim could be feeling slighted because is not getting enough attention or perhaps is growing up but her feud with Kanye’s former business partner Rhymefest is odd, to say the least.

Rhymefest Saw the Train Coming for Kanye’s Mental Health

Rhymefest, was friends with Kanye long before Kim came into the picture so the two have a history together. However, Rhymefest hit the road a few years back when he said Kanye was in need of psychological intervention and he no longer wanted to work with him. The two still remained in touch. This was even before the Taylor Swift incident. Rhymefest had a record deal but failed as a rapper and ended up returning to Chicago to be closer to his family and to help the neighborhood black kids from going astray.He had an interesting special on Netflix where he returned to Chicago and bought his childhood home and tried to move his family back in with his new family including his father that, during filming, was suffering from severe alcoholism and was in the throes of a deep-rooted addiction.From the film, you could definitely glean that Rhymefest was a black man who cared deeply about the community and changing things for the better. So it’s no wonder that he helped Kanye with the charitable organization Donda’s House. A nonprofit named after Kanye’s late mother Donda West who died while having plastic surgery in Los Angeles in 2007.

Charitable Organizations Need Funding?

Rhymefest needs money for Donda’s House in order to continue to operate. Kanye is refusing but is it on his own or at the request of his wife? Kanye ran into financial trouble a few years back and could no longer fund the project and left it in Rhymefest’s hands with a salary per an agreement between the two of them but this is where it gets strange. Kim has gotten involved and wants to take over the organization (for her kids). But as switches gears to be more involved with social issues this would be a shoe-in to take over the organization. So, now is blaming Rhymefest for abandoning the nonprofit? But he’s not the millionaire. What is he supposed to do?  Kanye is staying a mile away from it and has yet to respond.Kim states the agreement between Rhymefest and Kanye offered no money to the organization just a salary to Rhymefest on Kanye’s behalf. But one has to ask how is Rhymefest supposed to run a charitable organization without funding from the millionaire son of the woman it’s named after?

Would Donda Have Liked Kim?

It appears Kim wants to take over but one would have to ask if Kim is intentionally sabotaging the organization’s success by not helping and not allowing Kanye to help unless Rhymefest forks it over.  Kim wipes her a$# with $100 bills so why doesn’t contribute?  She wants to take the house over but Rhymefest hasn’t come out and said it but he probably feels that would not have sat well with Donda and it won’t sit well with the black people in Chicago. She also blames Rhymefest for being pissed at Kanye for not listening to his dated beats for his new controversial project.  Your thoughts?
