Greensky Bluegrass Celebrates 20th Anniversary with Trio of Shows on HYFI “Scoop Marketing”

Ground-breaking Americana/bluegrass stalwarts Greensky Bluegrass and HYFI, a leading destination for the highest-quality 4K and HDR on-demand concert programming and virtual live entertainment.

On the heels of the success of Greensky Bluegrass’ livestream tour project, “The Leap Year Sessions,” the band and HYFI today announced a three-night run of drive-in performances outside Aville, NC to celebrate Halloween and the 20th anniversary of the band’s founding. The site, Blue Ridge Falls, is a former golf course with a breathtaking Blue Ridge mountain backdrop just five-minutes outside Brevard, NC. Available exclusively on HYFI, the performances will be broadcast to fans live in HD and then made available on demand in stunning 4K HDR quality.

Greensky Bluegrass’ mandolinist and singer, Paul Hoffman said, “As we approached the 20th anniversary of meeting and starting this thing that changed our lives, the topic of the ‘good ole days’ became more common. Then… a year without shows arrived. If ever there was a time to look back, being stuck at home made for quite a setting to reflect. I’m incredibly honored that my piece of the world is traveling around spreading joy with this family we created together. Our crew, our fans, the other musicians, and all the venues are a community I couldn’t imagine my life without. We can’t wait to see you in Aville.”

Brenton Henry, President of HYFI said, “We’re very pleased Greensky Bluegrass has decided to celebrate their 20th anniversary with HYFI. Their last live tour project with HYFI, ‘The Leap Year Sessions’ was a major success for our platform and was purchased by thousands of viewers. Fans are in for a treat this Halloween when we bring Greensky Bluegrass live for three nights of celebration of the season and this major group milestone.’”

Start time 7pm ET / 6pm CT / 5pm MT / 4pm PD
