According to Todd, the relatively pleasant temperatures are set to persist for two more days. “We’re looking at highs in the mid-70s with lots of sunshine, making it a perfect time for outdoor activities,” he stated during the latest weather briefing.
However, shifts in the forecast reveal that a change is on the horizon. After enjoying these mild days, Memphis is bracing for rain to return later in the week. “Starting Thursday, expect cloud cover to increase, followed by rain showers that could last into the weekend,” Todd warned. “So if you’ve got outdoor plans, today or tomorrow would be the best time to enjoy the nice weather before we see a shift.”
As we look toward the upcoming weekend, cooler temperatures will also be making their debut. “Saturday and Sunday will see a drop in temperatures, with highs in the upper 50s, so be sure to dress accordingly if you’ll be out and about,” Todd advised.
