The 2025 MTV VMAs, airing LIVE from New York’s UBS Arena on Sunday, Sept. 7 at 8:00 PM ET/5:00 PM PT on CBS, will feature an exciting array of presenters, performers, and hosts. The iconic night of music will be hosted by LL COOL J, while the Pre-Show and Extended Play Stage will bring even more star power.
This year’s presenters include a diverse lineup of celebrities, such as Ashlee Simpson Ross, Brittany Snow, Ciara, Drew Barrymore, Ice Spice, Jessica Simpson, Latto, Paris Hilton, and many more.
The Pre-Show, hosted by Nessa and Kevan Kenney, will air live at 7:00 PM ET/4:00 PM PT, with global girl group KATSEYE performing their hits “Gnarley” and “Gabriela” from their EP Beautiful Chaos. The group is also nominated for MTV PUSH Performance of the Year and Best Group.
On the Extended Play Stage, presented by Doritos®, first-time nominees Bailey Zimmerman and the Kid LAROI will debut their collaboration, competing for Best Collaboration and Song of the Summer. British pop-soul singer Lola Young will also perform “Messy,” as she vies for Best New Artist and Best Alternative. Meanwhile, Megan Moroney will take the stage to celebrate her hit “6 Months Later” and her nomination for Best Country.
