JASPER, AL – Community members gathered in a show of support this weekend as they released balloons in honor of a Jasper teen who was recently injured in a car accident. The event, held at the local park, drew a heartfelt crowd, all united by their hopes for the teenager’s recovery.
The 16-year-old, whose identity has not been disclosed, was involved in a serious collision last week that has left the community shaken.
