Ben Hill has been named Senior Vice President & Market Manager for CBS Radio Tampa .
The appointment is effective immediately.
Ben has done a terrific job leading our West Palm Beach cluster for the past 14 months and just last week launched NOW 103.1 which should only improve the strength of this outstanding group of stations. He will continue to oversee our West Palm Beach stations until a successor is named.
Ben rejoined CBS Radio in October of 2010 having previously served as Vice President & General Manager of WPGC in Washington, DC from 1987-2001 where he led that station to #1 in both ratings and revenue.
Ben is a broadcaster in every sense of the word and his results oriented style with uncompromising standards has made him successful in each and every stop of his career.
His enthusiastic style of leadership will undoubtedly help our Tampa stations grow and succeed
Ben has been a Regional Executive for Infinity Broadcasting (overseeing stations in Atlanta, Baltimore, Dallas, Charlotte and Houston); Market Manager for Pamal Broadcasting’s Gainesville/Ocala cluster of seven stations and also President of Cook Inlet Partners.
