Inclement weather did not hinder the highly anticipated event as more than 500 industry professionals gathered at BMI’s Nashville office.

Attendees experienced free entertainment, music and drinks provided by the night’s sponsors Delta Air Lines, ONErpm, Texas Roadhouse, Topo Chico, White Claw and Gallagher Insurance.

In its sixth season, BMI’s Rooftop On The Row launched with a set from DJ Smoke, before BMI’s Mason Hunter introduced Mae Estes to the stage.

The Arkansas native showcased her innovative Country sound as <a href="she delivered an honest rendition of her breakout hit “Thinkin’ Bout Cheatin,’” along with a rollicking performance of her new single “What I Shoulda Done.” She closed out her set with a fierce take on Jessie J’s hit “Bang Bang.”

Following Estes, Dean kicked off his energetic set with “Trailer Park” immediately followed by “Big Blue Sky” and “Heavens to Besty.” He kept the crowd on their feet for over an hour with songs like “1971” before capping off the night with his hit “Don’t Come Lookin’.”
