Universal Music Publishing Group Signs Global Publishing Deal With INXS
Universal Music Publishing Group (UMPG) has signed a global publishing agreement with INXS members Andrew Farriss (keyboards and guitar), Jon Farriss (drums), Kirk Pengilly (guitar, saxophone), Tim Farriss (guitar) and Garry Gary Beers (bass) for the core INXS catalog of music, as announced today by Zach Horowitz, Chairman and CEO, Universal Music Publishing Group (UMPG). The young label dGenerate Records has secured the rights to an extensive catalog of electronic dance music in a deal signed with Amsterdam-based Dstorted Media, a collective of European EDM artists, dGenerate Records announced today.Under terms of the agreement, dGenerate will administer all of Dstorted Media's catalog, which includes music from multiple artists around the world.
