Chris Huff Returns to Audacy Houston with New Role

Audacy has appointed Chris Huff as the Assistant Brand Manager for 95.7 The Spot (KKHH-FM), Mix 96.5 (KHMX-FM), and 100.3 The Bull (KILT-FM) in Houston. In this role, Huff will oversee content strategy, talent management, operations, and branding for all three stations.

Huff, a seasoned country radio programmer with over 20 years of experience in major markets like Knoxville, Chattanooga, Greensboro, Dallas, and Houston, expressed his excitement about the opportunity. “I didn’t think anything could convince me to leave Country Aircheck, then Bruce Logan called,” Huff said. “This is truly a tremendous opportunity to return to radio with the staff and stations that have been such an integral part of my career.”

Bruce Logan, Operations Manager at Audacy Houston, shared his enthusiasm about the addition of Huff to the team. “We are building a world-class team at Audacy Houston, and Chris brings an enormous amount of experience and knowledge about country music in Texas,” Logan commented. “As the original architects of The Spot, I am thrilled to reunite with him. With Chris collaborating with JR Ammons on Mix 96.5, we have a team that is built for success.”
