Soul Train Awards Honor Dionne Warwick and More

I can honestly say that I actually enjoyed the Soul Train Music Awards. I haven’t said that about any awards show in long time. The last awards show that I really enjoyed was the 1999 MTV Music Awards. I must say that BET, Centric, and Soul Train did their thing this year. Maybe because the majority of the evening seemed to be dedicated to the 90’s and some great music came out of that decade. Keith Sweat was one of the honoree’s of the evening but the real legend in the building was Dionne Warwick.The Dionne Warwick tribute was one of the highlights of the evening because I always enjoy when icons are recognized for their work.
