Emmis Communications New York radio stations HOT 97, 98.7 Kiss FM and 101.9 RXP today announced the launch of new iPhone Apps featuring a visual interface with station music, artists and events. The tool launches via partnership with technology developer RadioVoodoo and features instant “now playing “elements that allow users to find out about the music being heard and instantly download it from apple iTunes.  The app also features event information, polls and commenting which gives listeners a direct access point to participate and communicate with on-air personalities.
