What started off as a friendly dice game turned tragic as Migos rapper Takeoff was murdered by stray bullets. As of late Thursday, Houston Police have announced an arrest in the case a month after Takeoff’s death. Patrick Xavier Clark, 33, was arrested late Thursday on a murder charge, Houston Police said in a press conference (below)
