Houston rapper E.S.G talks about having back problems, going to urgent care, and being told he had a slipped disk. He states he was given medicine that didn’t work and that he was about to come to Los Angeles for the BET Awards when the pain in his back intensified and he had to go to the emergency room.
There they took some tests and told him he had colon cancer. He has since had surgery to remove a mass in his lower rectum, and he is still doing some chemotherapy, but he says he feels much better overall and can eat again after being on a liquid diet. Hear more about his condition in the video.
