iHeartMedia San Francisco is proud to announce the addition of Alan Hirschbein as Vice President of Sales for the Bay Area, effective immediately.
With over 20 years of leadership experience in broadcast and digital media, Alan’s expertise and proven success in driving growth across platforms reinforce iHeartMedia’s leadership in audio innovation. Alan will report to AJ Punjabi, Region President of iHeartMedia San Francisco.

Alan’s career includes significant contributions to iconic radio brands and groundbreaking achievements in digital audio. He began his career at Susquehanna Broadcasting, with notable roles at CBS Radio and Inner City Broadcasting, before joining KGO-News Talk 810AM, where he excelled in delivering integrated advertising campaigns for local and national clients.
Most recently, Alan served as Senior Director at SiriusXM, where he played a pivotal role in scaling their local advertising business, driving multimillion-dollar revenue growth and rebuilding the SMB sales organization to support sustained expansion. He also oversaw revenue leadership for podcast creators and spearheaded product innovation initiatives, training over 250 sales professionals during his tenure. His work has been instrumental in helping brands succeed across broadcast, streaming, and on-demand audio platforms.
