iHeartMedia West Palm Beach & Treasure Coast’s WAVE 92.7, The Treasure Coast’s #1 for New Country, in collaboration with BMI, are proud to present the fourth annual Treasure Coast Songwriters Festival from Thursday, May 29 through Sunday, June 1, 2025. The four-day event, free to the public, will take place at Pirate’s Cove Resort and Marina and The Pearl in Stuart, FL.

The festival will feature more than 40 performances by both local Florida and Nashville-based BMI songwriters, who will share the stories behind their hit songs. The line-up of featured songwriters includes Aaron Barker, James Slater, Frank Myers, Bridgette Tatum, Wynn Varble, Dylan Altman, Sarah Buxton, Casey Page, Trisha Markinson, Sean Holcomb, Nathan Allen, and Nelson Cade. Collectively, these songwriters have penned hits for top country artists such as Jason Aldean, Kenny Chesney, Lonestar, Martina McBride, Tim McGraw, Jake Owen, Brad Paisley, George Strait, Keith Urban, and many others.

“We are thrilled to continue our long-standing sponsorship of the Treasure Coast Songwriters Festival,” said Dan Spears, BMI’s Vice President of Industry Relations. “Supporting songwriters is at the heart of what we do at BMI, and this festival offers a fantastic platform to highlight 12 of our talented BMI songwriters. We also extend our gratitude to our BMI licensees, Pirates Cove Resort & Marina and The Pearl, for hosting this event, which connects music lovers with the creators behind some of their favorite songs.”

iHeartMedia Florida will promote the festival through its radio stations across West Palm Beach and the Treasure Coast, including WAVE 92.7, Coast 103.7, WiLD 95.5, 98.7 THE GATOR, and KOOL 105.5. Performances will be held at Pirate’s Cove Resort and Marina and The Pearl in Stuart, FL.

“We’re excited to once again partner with BMI to bring the Treasure Coast Songwriters Festival back for its fourth year to Martin County and the Treasure Coast,” said Mark McCauley, Market President for iHeartMedia West Palm Beach and Treasure Coast. “This event grows every year, with an incredible lineup of songwriters delivering great live music, all set against stunning waterfront views.”
