Music Midtown 2021: Miley Cyrus, Megan Thee Stallion

Miley Cyrus brought the crowd to a roar with her headlining Verizon stage performances of “Midnight Sky,” “Can’t Be Tamed,” “Wrecking Ball” and many many more. Her renditions of “Maybe” by Janis Joplin and “Where’s My Mind” by Pixies mesmerized audiences and featured her signature powerhouse vocals and stage presence. The performance wrapped with a throwback to her hit single “Party in the USA” sending audiences off with a firework bang.

Marshmello headlined the final performance on the Roxy stage to close out the festival sporting a Braves baseball jersey during the performance. His set featured many hits including “Happier” featuring Bastille, “Back In Time”, and his classic “Summer”. The performance was set apart by his incredible visual motion graphic experience, giving the audience a night to remember.

Megan Thee Stallion also brought a high energy set with chart topping hit performances of “WAP,” “Body” and more causing fans to go wild during her entire performance. Jack Harlow and The Black Pumas also performed incredible sets for massive crowds on the last day of the 2021 festival.

Additionally, 24kGoldn, Bleachers, Yungblud, Latto, Remi Wolf and many of the other performers brought genre spanning performances to the festival grounds as fans celebrated being back to one of their favorite festivals in the city.

Music Midtown began in 1994 and has always brought the biggest names in music to the ATL and this year is no different, with headliners for the weekend including Jonas Brothers, Maroon 5, Miley Cyrus and Marshmello and additional performances from Machine Gun Kelly, 21 Savage, Tierra Whack, AJR, Surfaces, and many, many more.
