Jared Leto & TRON: Ares Cast Shine at Hollywood Premiere (Photos)

At the World Premiere of TRON: Ares in Los Angeles, the film’s star-studded cast and creative team took center stage, making a powerful impression at the TCL Chinese Theatre. The evening featured a memorable live performance by Nine Inch Nails, who played three songs from the film’s electrifying 24-track soundtrack, including the hit “As Alive As You Need Me To Be.”

This marks the band’s first-ever film score, although bandmates Trent Reznor and Atticus Ross have composed music for over 20 films, winning multiple prestigious awards such as Oscars®, Golden Globes®, GRAMMY® and Emmy®.

The film follows Ares, a highly advanced Program sent from the digital world into the real world on a dangerous mission. It marks humankind’s first encounter with A.I. beings. TRON: Ares is directed by Joachim Rønning and stars Jared Leto, Greta Lee, Evan Peters, Jodie Turner-Smith, Hasan Minhaj, Arturo Castro, Cameron Monaghan, Gillian Anderson, and Jeff Bridges.

The production team includes producers Sean Bailey, Jared Leto, Emma Ludbrook, Jeffrey Silver, Justin Springer, and Steven Lisberger. Executive producers are Trent Reznor, Atticus Ross, Russell Allen, and Joseph Kosinski. The screenplay is by Jesse Wigutow, with a story by David DiGilio and Wigutow, based on characters created by Steven Lisberger and Bonnie MacBird.

The film will be released in U.S. theaters on October 10, 2025.
