Explosive Outburst in Keffe D’s Court Hearing: New Tupac Murder Evidence Revealed (video)

Tensions Flare in Bail Hearing

During a recent court hearing, Duane ‘Keffe D’ Davis expressed frustration with the prosecutors as they discussed potential bail conditions and the presentation of new evidence. Davis criticized the prosecution for bringing forth items he believed undermined his family’s reputation.

Old Interview Comes to Light

The evidence in question includes a 2006 interview with a gang member that the prosecution claims links Davis to the murder of Tupac Shakur in 1996. This interview was reportedly conducted two years before Davis made any confessions related to the case. Davis contends that the boxes of evidence originated from retired LAPD detective Greg Kading, who had previously interviewed him during the investigation of another rapper, Notorious B.I.G.

Judge Denies Bail

The judge denied Davis’s initial request for bail, citing concerns about the origins of the funds provided for the bail—over $112,000—suggesting the money might have come from a middleman. Another concern was the possibility of Davis profiting from the alleged crime before his conviction.

Despite the allegations, Davis’s attorney argued that there is no current law that prevents an accused person from entering contracts with media entities to discuss the case, potentially allowing Davis to profit from the ongoing legal battle.
