Peacock orders limited drama series Fight Night: The Million Dollar Heist, executive produced and starring Kevin Hart, with executive producer Will Packer. The series, set in Atlanta, revolves around a heavyweight fight and a criminal underground heist that unveiled the city known as “the Black Mecca,” focusing on a cop and a hustler at its core.

The series, originating from Universal Television, is inspired by the acclaimed true crime podcast Fight Night by iHeartPodcasts, Doghouse Pictures, and Will Packer Media.
The series is penned and created by Shaye Ogbonna (Penguin, The Chi, God’s Country). Joining the executive production team are Bryan Smiley and Mike Stein from Hartbeat, Sabrina Wind from Will Packer Media, Conal Byrne, Will Pearson, and Carrie Lieberman from iHeartPodcasts, along with Jeff Keating and Lars Jacobson. Craig Brewer (Empire, Dolemite Is My Name) will direct the first two episodes and serve as an executive producer. Co-executive producers include Tiffany Brown from Hartbeat and Kenny Burns from Studio 43.
The show recounts the notorious armed robbery during Muhammad Ali’s landmark 1970 comeback fight, altering the destiny of a man and an entire city.
Kevin Hart also hosts the Peacock talk show HART TO HEART, Olympic Highlights, and 2022 Back That Year Up, and recently premiered his stand-up special Kevin Hart: Reality Check on Peacock.
