A man named Charm Gray, 32, was convicted this week of the murder in May of 2022 of Tara Howard, 44. Howard was the mother of 5 children.
Gray killed the woman in the presence of her children and the daughter ran across the street to get help while the son tried to defend his mother to no avail.
Howard was found in her Cleveland home on East 125th St. Family members state there were signs of domestic abuse but nothing had been done because nobody cared to notice. Sharon Howard, Tara’s mother was devasted by the news. Gray will be sentenced to 15 to 20 years in prison for the murder by Judge Williams McGinty.
