Man Stabs Dog who he Believed Bit his Son, Charged with Felony

a 24-year-old Elmira, OH man named Andre L. Williams fatally stabbed a dog that he believed bit his child. He is now facing felony charges.

An animal complaint was called in to the police around 4:30 PM on Oct 10 and the caller stated his roommate attacked the dog after he was informed the dog bit his son.

Williams later admitted that he stabbed the dog in a fit of rage and he was later charged with a misdemeanor for Animal Cruelty.

He was given a $750 bond. The dog was transported to a vet after being stabbed and late died. Now that the dog has died Williams is facing an “appropriate” felony charge, police stated.
