Megan Thee Stallion Sued by Former Cameraman Who States He was Forced to Watch Her Have Sex with a Woman

Emilio Garcia, a former personal cameraman for Megan Thee Stallion, has filed a lawsuit against the hip-hop artist, alleging harassment and a hostile work environment. The lawsuit details an incident in Ibiza, Spain, where Garcia was subjected to witnessing Megan have sex in a vehicle and subsequent fat-shaming.

Garcia claims these actions created intolerable working conditions and led to a change in his pay structure and reduced bookings. He also alleges misclassification as an independent contractor, which deprived him of benefits and proper compensation. Garcia is seeking damages for unpaid wages, emotional distress, and other employment violations.

Emilio Garcia made several specific allegations against Megan Thee Stallion in his lawsuit, including:

  1. Witnessing Megan Thee Stallion engaging in sexual acts with another woman in a vehicle while he was present, which he found uncomfortable and shocking.
  2. Being subjected to fat-shaming insults by Megan, such as being called a “fat bitch” and being told to “spit your food out” and “you don’t need to be eating.”
  3. Experiencing a change in his compensation structure from a monthly flat-rate to a pay-per-task system after the trip to Ibiza, which led to fewer bookings and reduced earnings.
  4. Being misclassified as an independent contractor, which deprived him of essential health care and other employee benefits.
  5. Enduring a hostile and abusive work environment that caused him emotional distress and physical sickness.
