“These team members have excelled in their roles and significantly improved the foundation of Musicians On Call. Our programs and national brand, along with the overall health of our organization, have all benefited from their leadership, creativity and ingenuity,” said Musicians On Call President & CEO Pete Griffin. “We are proud to recognize them for their accomplishments, and I look forward to seeing how our mission will continue to thrive through their hard work.”

As Vice President of Programs, Rivera leads all aspects of MOC’s hospital programming and relationships, volunteer quality and assurance, and celebrity visits for patients and healthcare staff. She built the foundation for the Programs department and manages a team of employees who coordinate all of MOC’s volunteer, hospital, and program relationships in over 20 major markets across the country. Rivera has also been a key leader in envisioning and building the organization’s online program platform that will shape the next chapter of MOC, scaling its reach to more communities across the country and, eventually, globally.

Kolodziejczak is responsible for Musicians On Call’s national fundraising efforts in her role as Vice President of Development. She manages a team focused on developing relationships and securing funding from individual donors and foundations and guides MOC’s executive leadership and Board of Directors in development efforts and future growth planning. Kolodziejczak also spearheaded Musicians On Call’s first capital campaign that successfully raised critical funds for the organization’s innovative online platform.

In her role as Senior Manager of Strategic Partnerships, Duarte continues to expand her duties in the Corporate Partnerships department. She executes the organization’s fundraising efforts through corporate sponsorships, conferences, special events and annual campaigns. She has been responsible for managing MOC’s partnerships with national and industry brands such as Amazon Music, Southwest Airlines, the American Hospital Association, Wrangler, Men’s Wearhouse, Tito’s Handmade Vodka, Hyundai Hope on Wheels, Dementia Society of America and more.

Prestby joined the Musicians On Call team in 2022 as Creative Coordinator. She’s been responsible for contributing to the marketing department’s goals of building a nationally-recognized brand and creating emotional connections that support fundraising initiatives and program expansion. As Creative Manager will use her graphic design and video editing expertise to further support all marketing efforts and contribute to the success of the organization’s fundraising and corporate partnership initiatives.

Jadwisiak and Senior joined Musicians On Call’s Program team in 2022 and 2023 respectively, overseeing program management and implementation in markets across the country. In their roles as Program Managers they will recruit and manage volunteers and hospital partners to grow the MOC Bedside program in Chicago, Los Angeles, DC/Baltimore, Nashville and Aville.

Musicians On Call has appeared on The NonProfit Times’ Best Nonprofits to Work For list for 5 consecutive years, recognizing 50 organizations as the best employers in the industry. For 25 years, MOC has used music to promote and complement the healing process through bedside, virtual and digital streaming programs that are available across all 50 states. As the nation’s leading provider of live music in hospitals, MOC volunteers have performed for more than one million individuals in healthcare facilities nationwide.
