POWER OF URBAN RADIO FORUM TO TAKE PLACE DURING 2009 NABOB CONFAB IN WASHINGTON, DC

Kizart Media Partners (KMP) and NABOB will host   the “Power of Urban Radio Forum””  on Thursday, September 24, 2009, in Washington DC as part of the 33nd Annual Fall Broadcast Management Conference of the National Association of Black Owned Broadcasters (NABOB), which will be held in concert with the 39th Annual Legislative Conference of the Congressional Black Caucus Foundation.

Communications experts representing major radio, advertising agencies and corporate brand s will engage conference attendees in powerful presentations and panel discussions.   Topics to be addressed include:
“No Urban and No Hispanic Dictates ““ A New Platform to End Them”
“Agencies Addressing the Power of Urban Radio”
“The Value of Black Consumers and Power of Urban”

The opening presentation will be made by Robert McDowell, Federal Communications Commissioner.   Other     speakers and panelists include:

Sherman Kizart, Managing Director/ KMP, is a 20 year marketing specialist who had been the driving force behind the Power of Urban Radio Symposium, the industry’s most comprehensive national advertising and marketing platform for Urban Radio.   Kizart acquired rights to the Symposium after Interep, Inc. was dissolved in 2008 and made the determination that this year’s event would be held during the NABOB Conference.
