Q101 Celebrates Women’s History Month with Lauren O’Neil

WHAT: Q101 presents “The Women Who Make Q101,” a special daily music feature celebrating Women’s History Month in March. Each weekday at Noon, the station will spotlight influential female artists who have shaped Chicago’s Alternative music scene.

Iconic voices like Anne Clark (St. Vincent), Shirley Manson (Garbage), Amy Lee (Evanescence), and Lili Trifilio (Beach Bunny) will share their personal stories and musical journeys with Q101’s Lauren O’Neil. The month-long feature will culminate in a special multi-hour program on Monday, March 31, 2025, the final day of Women’s History Month.

WHEN: Every Monday through Friday at Noon throughout March 2025.

WHERE: On Q101 FM, streaming at www.q101.com, and via social media at @q101chicago and Facebook.

WHY: To honor Women’s History Month by featuring exclusive content and music from the brilliant female artists who have contributed to Q101’s iconic sound.
