This man has taken it upon himself to attack fruit vendors’ stands with an axe. Of course, the minute the vendors see him coming, they run. This time, they caught the man on film. This is not the first time he has done this. The perp has been identified as Daniel Joseph McGuire.
Police state McGuire attacked another fruit vendor at the same intersection this past March. Two months later, at a rally in support of the vendor whose stand was destroyed by McGuire, McGuire showed up to taunt the supporters and the vendor, and he was not arrested.
After neighbors complained about him and a small march ensued, he was finally arrested for battery. The question is, how did he get away with it for so long?
