Tuscaloosa, Alabama – Following the success of its Maymester courses in the spring, Shelton State Community College will offer Wintermester, an online, three-week mini-term November 30, 2020 – December 18, 2020. Registration for Wintermester is currently open.
Wintermester’s online schedule of classes includes options in art appreciation, business, economics, literature, nutrition, mathematics, music, orientation, psychology, and statistics. A complete list of classes is available at
“These smaller semesters are proving to be very helpful to our students,” said Joye Jones, Dean of Instruction. “We hope that Wintermester will be a good choice for students who want to secure an extra course at the end of the fall semester or get a jump start on the spring.”
Space for Wintermester is limited, and interested students are encouraged to register early.
