Sheryl Underwood Debuts New Body in ‘clingy’ Dress After Losing ’95 Pounds’; Crosses Legs For First Time
Strutting onto the stage in a fitted purple dress and high heels, host Sheryl Underwood dances with her fellow co-hosts with Bell Biv DeVoe performing to celebrate a very special birthday episode, “Sheryl’s Ultimate Surprise House Party.” “This is my birthday body,” exclaims.

On the significance of wearing a body-hugging dress, Underwood tears up saying, “As you all know, I’ve lost 95 pounds, and I’ve made significant life changes. I was not healthy, and I want to live a long, long time and I want to be sitting on this stage a long, long time. So, I worked hard with my doctors. I did what I needed to do, and I just wanted to be able to put on a very stylish, but clingy dress to symbolize and the work that I put in.

Now I’m about to do something that I have never done on this show…I haven’t done in about 25 to 30 years. I’m about to cross my legs. After crossing her legs and the audience cheers, adds, “This is how you all do it! ” Underwood adds, “You got to do the lifestyle change, it’s not just one thing. It’s everything that you can change your life.” Tune into “Shery’s Ultimate House Party” episode Friday, 2pm ET, 1pm PT on CBS.
