The prosecution has presented substantial evidence, including Biden’s admission to crack addiction, testimonies from his ex-wife, girlfriend, and his late brother’s widow about their vigilance regarding his drug use and possession of a gun. Additionally, they have the infamous laptop and forms filled by Biden.

Pirro also pointed out the emotional trauma inflicted on the women in Biden’s life, from his mother to his ex-wife, girlfriend, children, and brother’s widow, who all tried to manage the fallout from his actions.
