Skip Dillard (WBLS and WLIB): First Day at FCC

This is truly one of the most monumental moments in the history of Urban radio. Industry vet PD Skip Dillard (WBLS and WLIB) will serve two years on the FCC’s Advisory Committee for Diversity and Digital Empowerment. Super congrats Skip.
