Two-time Super Bowl champion Von Miller is launching a new weekly podcast, Free Range with Von Miller, in partnership with Audacy. The show, set to debut on November 5, 2025, will be available on YouTube and all major podcast platforms. New episodes will drop every Wednesday.

On Free Range, Miller will dive into the biggest football stories of the week while also exploring the worlds of sports, entertainment, and pop culture.
Each episode will feature a blend of Miller’s football knowledge, locker room energy, and cultural curiosity, offering an inside look at the intersection of sports and life off the field. Fans can also expect some personal insights, including stories from Miller’s beloved chicken farm, Greener Pastures.
Regular segments on the podcast will include:
Commandments: Miller breaking down the latest Washington Commanders game.
Von’s Vision: His reflections on other key games around the league.
Free Range Conversation: Interviews with athletes, coaches, media figures, musicians, and other trendsetters.
Culture Corner: A look at the non-sports topics capturing Miller’s attention.
Miller expressed his excitement about the show, saying, “‘Free Range’ is exactly what it sounds like — no fences, no limits. We’ll talk football, but we’ll also explore culture, life, and what makes people great.” He added that he’s looking forward to engaging with fans and creating a podcast that’s compelling for both listeners and potential brand partners.
Leah Reis-Dennis, Head of Podcasts at Audacy, praised Miller’s charisma, saying, “Von’s larger-than-life personality and competitive fire will make Free Range an exciting addition to our sports podcast lineup.” She added that Audacy is thrilled to have Miller on board as part of its growing sports audio offerings.
Miller is a familiar voice in the sports community, appearing every Tuesday on Audacy’s The Sports Junkies on 106.7 The Fan and The Team 980 in Washington, D.C., where he discusses the Commanders.
Von Miller’s career is nothing short of legendary. After a standout college career at Texas A&M, he was selected second overall in the 2011 NFL Draft by the Denver Broncos. He went on to win two Super Bowls and was named Super Bowl MVP in 2016.
Miller was also the NFL’s Defensive Rookie of the Year in 2011 and was inducted into the NFL 2010s All-Decade Team. After his time with the Broncos, he played for the Buffalo Bills and is now with the Washington Commanders.
