MEMPHIS, TN – Tragedy struck the Medical District late Saturday evening when a teenage boy was killed in a hit-and-run accident, according to the Memphis Police Department (MPD).
The incident occurred around 10:30 PM near the intersection of Union Avenue and Dunlap Street, a busy area frequented by pedestrians and vehicles alike. Witnesses reported seeing a dark-colored sedan speeding away from the scene immediately after the collision, prompting an extensive search by local law enforcement.
