The American Foreign Press is reporting that Anna Mae Bullock, better known to the world as Tina Turner, will shortly receive Swiss citizenship, and will in turn give back her U.S. citizenship.A resident there since 1995, Turner said: “I’m very happy in Switzerland and I feel at home here. I cannot imagine a better place to live.” She resides in a town called Kuesnacht, located in northern Switzerland. The 73 year old legend has reportedly passed a local civics test as well as an interview.Turner’s career spans more than half a century. She began as a singer with Ike Turner’s Kings of Rhythm in the mid 1950s. She married Ike, and revealed her status as a survivor of domestic violence in her well received autobiography “I, Tina”.Turner is a native of the unincorporated area of Tennessee known as Nutbush. The mayor of nearby Brownsville, Tennessee expressed surprise at the announcement: “Tina Turner — as
