TOWNSQUARE HIRES TOP MANAGEMENT IN SUPPORT OF ITS “LOCAL FIRST” FOCUS Troy Clingerman joins the Company as Market President & Chief Revenue Officer in Wichita Falls, Texas Wichita Falls, Texas

Townsquare Media Inc. announced today that Troy Clingerman has joined Townsquare as Market President and Chief Revenue Officer for its Wichita Falls, Texas local media cluster. Mr. Clingerman will lead the local media team in Wichita Falls, which includes Country 102.3 The Bull (KWFS-FM), Rock 106.3 The Buzz (KBZS-FM), CHR 92.9 NIN (KNIN-FM) and News-Talk 1290 (KWFS-AM).

He will report to Townsquare Senior Vice President Kevin Godwin. “I look forward to working with Troy as he leads our Wichita Falls team into the future. His skills and positive style go hand-in-hand with the very talented team and leading brands we already have in place in Wichita Falls,” commented Mr. Godwin. “Troy has experience with multi-media product platforms, a genuine passion to connect our brands with the Wichita Falls community, and a keen ability to drive digital revenue.

Prior to joining Townsquare, Mr. Clingerman was LSM for Tegna (KYTX-TV) in Tyler, TX. Prior to that he worked in digital sales management for E.W. Scripps Company (KJRH-TV) in Tulsa, OK.
