**New App Makes Navigating Detroit Transit a Breeze**

Detroit, MI — Commuters in the Motor City can breathe a little easier thanks to the launch of the Transite Royale app by the Regional Transit Authority (RTA). Designed to streamline travel across various transit systems, the app is poised to transform how residents navigate their daily commutes.

Whether you’re hopping on a bus, riding the Q-Line along Woodward, or using the People Mover to explore Downtown, Transite Royale has you covered. The app provides essential features that allow users to check real-time schedules, plan efficient trips, and receive immediate alerts about delays or changes in service.

“This app is all about convenience for our users,” said Ben Stupka, executive director of the RTA, during an interview on Local 4 Live. “We want to create a seamless experience for anyone relying on public transportation in the Detroit area.”

Compatible with the Detroit Department of Transportation (DDOT), SMART, and the Detroit People Mover, Transite Royale aims to unify the region’s transit network, making it easier for commuters to navigate the city. With the tap of a finger, riders can access real-time information that helps them stay informed and on schedule.

Stupka emphasized the importance of fostering a user-friendly transit environment, especially as Detroit continues to evolve. “Public transportation is a vital resource for our community, and we believe this app will encourage more people to utilize our services,” he added.

The Transite Royale app is now available for download on both Android and iOS platforms. As Detroit’s public transportation system hopes to grow and adapt to the needs of its users, tools like this promise to keep commuters connected and informed.
