Forgive me for I have sinned. I’m posting something I’m totally against.. throwback videos and throwback anything but I went to a club for an event about a month ago for the first time in years and was pleasantly surprised to see people actually dance and people from all walks of life.
The new club scene appears to be everybody creating their own space within a space. I love that. I have heard most clubs are about bottle service and VIP now (all interesting marketing concepts) and few people dance but this was back in the day when you could go out and you felt safe and could actually have a good time and have a conversation in the parking lot and not go to church the next day praisin’ the Lord with two black eyes.
They even had great happy hours back then. Yes, yes, yes.
