A 29-year-old woman named Roshundrac Maceo Columbie, in Memphis, TN, has been arrested for leaving her toddler in a hot car with the windows up while working her shift at Mcdonald’s. She called the child’s father 30 minutes after her shift started to tell him the child was in the car unattended. It was 89 degrees outside, and she was charged with child neglect. The child is now in the custody of the grandmother.
