Atlanta police have released dash camera footage of the arrest of former Douglas County Judge, Christina Peterson, outside the Red Martini Bar in Buckhead. The arrest occurred around 3 a.m. when Peterson was reportedly involved in an altercation outside the bar. According to the police report, an off-duty officer at the lounge attempted to escort a woman off the property. During her time in the back seat of the patrol car, Peterson can be heard talking about her situation. She prays for help, mentioning black men teaming up with the enemy and disrespecting black women. At one point, <a href="she refuses to provide her first name to the officers and insists <a href="she has no criminal record. She also tells the officers that they will recognize her once they lose their jobs.

Christina Peterson is not new to legal controversies. She has previously been investigated for judicial misconduct, which led to her removal by the State Supreme Court. Additionally, <a href="she lost her bid for reelection in May. Following her arrest, Peterson, along with her attorneys and friends, held a news conference claiming <a href="she was defending a woman who was attacked by a man in line for a food truck.
