A few days ago, ASCAP hosted the ASCAP Experience – Home Edition. In this particular segment, music producer Bruce Waynne and VP of A&R at Atlas Music Publishing, Latoya Lee dropped a few jewels on how songwriters get paid. They discuss the composition side versus the master side of songwriting and of course they talk that keyword that songwriters love to hear – royalties.
