iHeartMedia D.C. Extends DC United Partnership

iHeartMedia Washington, D.C announced today an extension to their partnership agreement with D.C. United to deliver local radio broadcast for all of the club’s 2024 Major League Soccer regular season matches, effective through the end of the 2024 season.

As part of the agreement, all of D.C. United’s 2024 Major League Soccer regular season matches will be available live on 1190 iHeart Sports DC (WTSD-AM), 101.1 HD2 and the iHeartRadio App.

Legendary broadcaster Dave Johnson, who has called games for D.C. United since the club’s inception in 1996, will lead the production as the play-by-play commentator. Bruce Murray, former United States Men’s National Team player (1985-1993, 85 caps and 21 goals) and DMV native, will accompany Johnson.
