Interesting weekend reading… This past week, the socials have been on fire after comedian and radio host Jess Hilarious responded to a video made by a trans woman that said women do not own or gatekeep womanhood and periods.
There have been many responses from the trans and straight community in response to the trans woman’s comments as well as Jess’s comments where she asks questions like… “When does the delusion stop?” Jess went further stating that there was little difference between trans women who think like this and someone being diagnosed to be mentally insane.
“Who the Fuck is gonna stand up for us for us and by us, I mean women real women, biological women, women who are born with all the parts that you guys wish that you were. When does the delusion stop? what is the difference between you and someone who has been diagnosed to be mentally insane? The only difference is you don’t have a straightjacket on. Stop talking out your fuckin ass … wake up. How are you projecting your anger on real women because we are the gatekeepers … we are the gatekeepers for periods. We are the only ones that fuckin’ bleed honey. We the only ones that can give birth. We make you people.“
Trans woman TS Madison responds that Jess makes blanket statements that hurt trans women. Madison also states cis women like Jess Hilarious are angry because they have been mistaken to be men (video below). Tasha K agrees with Jess and Dr. Umar agrees with Jess.
