A Kansas City woman is facing serious charges after being accused of stealing nearly $67,000 worth of merchandise over a seven-month period. The woman, identified as Marshall, is believed to be part of an organized shoplifting ring that has operated across four counties in Kansas and Missouri. The thefts took place at multiple retail locations, including popular stores such as Ulta Beauty, Nike, Victoria’s Secret, and Bath & Body Works.

Marshall and a group of unnamed women allegedly began their shoplifting spree on May 20, 2023, targeting two Northland Ulta Beauty stores. According to charging documents, the group stole more than $6,000 worth of flat irons and fragrances in a single theft. The thefts did not stop there; the group continued to target various retail stores across Kansas City, resulting in multiple thefts over several months.
