Cumulus Media (NASDAQ: CMLS) announces that it has appointed McConnell “Large” Adams as Program Director for Little Rock stations Alice 107.7/KLAL-FM (Top 40), Central Arkansas’ number one Hit Music channel and home of the “Heather & Poolboy” morning show, and B98.5/KURB-FM (Adult Contemporary), Little Rock’s at-work station playing today’s hits and yesterday’s favorites.
Adams is a native of Greenville, MS, and brings over 35 years of radio experience in markets across Mississippi, Michigan, Texas, and Alaska to his new role at Cumulus Little Rock. He was most recently Operations Manager for Delta Radio’s five-station cluster in Greenville, MS, where he also hosted mornings on Q102/WIQQ-FM (CHR). Prior to that, he was Director of Content for Townsquare Media in Lansing, MI, where he hosted mornings on 97.5 Now FM/WJIM-FM (CHR). Adams is a graduate of Central Michigan University.
