I am sad to confirm that Gary Shelton (known on-air as DJ Rax), Operations Manager, Cumulus Savannah, Program Director for WEAS-FM and WTYB-FM, and On-Air Host, WEAS-FM, died on Wednesday, May 1st, at the age of 49.
He was with Cumulus Media for almost six years. Please attribute the following statement to Eric Mastel, Regional Vice President/Market Manager, Cumulus Savannah:
