Audacy’s Regional President Hails Riptide Festival as a Resounding Triumph

Claudia Menegus, Regional President of Audacy, commented on the festival’s highly anticipated return, saying, “The weekend was a shining success in more ways than we could’ve imagined. It was incredible to see this end-of-year party, powered by our amazing audience and partners, finally reunite back on the sand.”

Jelly Roll’s Journey: From Audacy Support to Riptide Festival Headline

Jelly Roll, reflecting on his journey, noted Audacy’s support for his music, saying, “Audacy was the station that championed ‘Son of a Sinner.’ They went first; the rest of the country was lagging behind. No one knew and it was really hard. It’s funny looking back where we are today. We were taking ‘Son of a Sinner’ to Country radio, we were met with a lot of resistance, and Audacy gave us zero… and I think that’s how I ended up at Riptide. And it’s even cooler that this got to happen on my birthday, my third No. 1 in Country radio, and I’m doing the show with the company that got me to Country radio first. Something poetic about that.”
